The dealer has laid five face-down cards on the table, drawn from a 36-card deck — ranks A through 9 in the four suits. No card repeats. Your task: deduce all five cards and their exact positions within seven guesses.
The opening clue
You're told the sum of the five ranks (Ace counts as 1). Use it the way you'd use arithmetic in Mathicle — to rule hands in or out before you ever flip a card.
Reading the pips
After each guess, two pips appear under every card. The left pip judges the rank, the right pip judges the suit:
Gold — correct for that exact position.
Ivory — appears somewhere else on the table.
Dark — not on the table at all (beyond what's already accounted for).
Pips count like Wordle: if you guess two 7s but the table holds only one, only one of them earns a pip. A card with a gold border is fully correct — rank, suit, and seat.

Scoring
Solve in fewer guesses for more points: 150 bonus + 100 per guess remaining. Three rounds make a game. A thoughtful game runs 10–20 minutes.
